Yes! We specialize in online psychotherapy. It is just as effective as in person counselling and offers great benefits. Each session is 50 minutes in length.

Many clients find that between 8-12 sessions of counselling and psychotherapy are effective in addressing their concerns. However, each individual’s needs are unique, and some may benefit from shorter or longer-term support. Many clients choose to continue therapy throughout the year to maintain consistent support and achieve lasting positive change

Sessions are $160 per hour for one-on-one psychotherapy. Payment is made on the day of the appointment and you will be provided with a receipt for service that you can send to your insurance company. Many employee health benefit plans will cover the cost of psychotherapy services.

Psychotherapy sessions are typically offered Monday to Friday 10am to 9pm. Limited weekend spots available if needed!

Traditional talk therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length.
