how i work
I operate from a core belief: you are the expert of your own experience. Therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are, no pressure to have the “right” words, emotions, or answers. I value creating a supportive, client-centered environment where we work together collaboratively, moving at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful of your needs.
I focus on helping you identify and build on the strengths you already carry, even if they don’t feel visible right now. Our work together may involve exploring patterns, developing new coping strategies, and deepening your understanding of yourself in ways that feel empowering and sustainable.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on what fits best for you, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, strengths-based therapy, parts work, and mindfulness-based practices.
who I see
I work with individuals 18+ who are navigating anxiety and depression, unpacking patterns of people-pleasing, healing from trauma, and exploring their relationship with food and body.
Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by their thoughts or emotions, struggle with self-criticism, or notice themselves prioritizing others’ needs at the expense of their own. Others may feel stuck in cycles of disordered eating, burnout, or emotional numbness, and want support in understanding where these patterns come from.
Together, we create space to explore how your experiences, relationships, and environment have shaped the way you cope and move through the world. Therapy can be a place to build self-compassion, reconnect with your needs, and develop ways of relating to yourself that feel more supportive, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.
