Sessions with me typically start with a brief check-in, followed by a conversation about what feels most important to focus on that day (unless we’re continuing something we’ve already been exploring), then we dive into the work together.
I welcome you to make yourself comfortable, bring a blanket, a hydrating drink, a fidget toy or your pet. This is a space where you can show up fully and authentically.

I take a client-centred and strengths-based approach to therapy, meaning our work will navigate your experiences, values, and the strengths you already bring with you. Together, we explore what’s coming up for you and build skills and insight in a way that feels supportive and collaborative. In our work, I may draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, parts work and person-centered therapy to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and internal patterns.
Ultimately, we work together to see what approach might be the best for you individually and go from there. Curiosity, collaboration, and flexibility are always prioritized.
